Frequently asked questions

How do I schedule a visit?
Fill out the Request a Visit form or call 316-722-2138 (Mon–Thu 9–5, Fri 9–noon). We often schedule within the same week.
Do you accept Medicare and my insurance?
Yes: Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and most major plans, plus self-pay. Visits are covered like a regular office visit.
What areas do you serve?
Wichita and surrounding Sedgwick County (Derby, Andover, Maize, Goddard, Haysville, and more). Check your ZIP on the Service Area page.
Do I have to change my regular doctor?
No. Use us once or as your ongoing primary care; we coordinate with your existing specialists.
What happens during a house-call visit?
A provider comes to you for the same kind of care you'd get in a clinic — exams, medication management, labs and diagnostics arranged for you, and a clear plan. See our services for details.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes, phone and video visits, plus remote patient monitoring. Learn more about telemedicine & monitoring.
What about emergencies or after hours?
For emergencies call 911. After hours, reach our on-call provider at 316-722-2138, ext. 123.
How much does it cost?
Most visits are covered by insurance; for self-pay or specific questions, call us and we'll walk you through it.
